Veteran Teacher Susanne Baum, and founder of Viva Pilates, will personally instruct a 6-week Pilates course. Each weekly session is designed to build on the previous class, therefore to achieve maximum results, it is highly recommended to complete all 6 classes. Created by Joseph Pilates, Pilates is a system of movement for athletes and boxers that develops strength and flexibility while keeping the body in proper alignment. | july 11th, 2009 (Saturday) | On Saturday 7/11/09, Sifu will be conducting a conversation on the Road to Kung Fu. This will be a talk on everyone's individual path to learning Ving Tsun. We'll begin at 1pm. This conversation will include a brainstorming on frustrations and areas we get stuck. This talk will be beneficial to students at all levels. |
| November 28th-30th, 2008 (Friday-Sunday) | This year, Sitai Helen Moy’s birthday will be celebrated in Philadelphia with a three-day event from November 28th through the 30th. This honor will be hosted by the Moy Bah Hugh clan. The celebration will begin with a reception Friday evening. Saturday morning and afternoon will be kung fu time in the Philadelphia Chinatown Mokwoon followed by the main celebratory dinner Saturday evening. The weekend will conclude with a brunch Sunday morning.

"A lecture from Sifu" The Hatboro Branch of Moy Yat Ving Tsun Martial Intelligence will be hosting Sifu Moy Bah Hugh for a seminar on September 6th. More details about it will come later, but for now, reserve the time to participate in a lecture from Sifu, and plan on spending some Kung Fu Life time with our Hatboro relatives. |

The Catskills Moy Yat Ving Tsun school has invited the family for a weekend retreat beginning on August 29th. Sifu and a few of our Sihingdai are already planning on going, and we want to begin making travel plans. | 3/24/2007 (Sat.) | Certificate Ceremony. The MYVTMI Certificate Ceremony is to recognize the time and effort our fellow brothers and sisters have dedicated to the pursuit of the Ving Tsun System. At the ceremony, they will have the opportunity to perform the forms of our system and receive a certificate to recognize that they have acquired a certain level within the system. As a Kung Fu Family, we hope that you will support your fellow brothers and sisters and attend this special occasion. The Ceremony will begin at 12:00pm. You are all welcome to arrive early to train with the brothers and sisters of the Main and Branch Schools. Please take this oppportunity to share and play with people outside of your own school. |

Day 2 - Tues: Tour Tianenmen Square, Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven Day 3 - Wed: Visit the Great Wall and Ming's Tomb. Special dinner at Quan Je De restaurant famous for peking duck. Overnight train ride to Luoyang. Day 4 - Thurs: Visit "White Hourse Temple". Stay at Luoyang Peony Plaza Hotel. | 10/28/2006 | Brooklyn Grand Opening Also, on Saturday, 10/29, we will be traveling to Brooklyn for the Grand Opening of Sisuk Miguel Hernandez' mokwoon. This is another opportunity to see how strong our family is, and congratulate one of Sifu's closest brothers. We will be leaving from Sifu's house at 10:00am sharp. |

This will be a sort of "pep rally", and we will be discussing the significance of the trip, and the amazing strength of the kung fu family. Friends and Family all welcome to attend. |

Presentation Please the join the Chinatown Branch of the Moy Yat
Ving Tsun Martial Intelligence Family in honoring those students who have
progressed to the next step in their Kung Fu. We will be having a Certificate Ceremony on Saturday, September 30th at 1:00pm. We have several students moving to both the Chum Kiu and Biu Je levels, so please come and aknowledge their achievement. Along with it, we will be presenting a video slide show of the 18th Anniversary of our family in Brazil, followed by a lecture by Sifu Pete Pajil on learning Ving Tsun Kung Fu. |
| 9/23/2006 | Columbia Martial Arts Show We are planning to attend SiBak Henry Moy Yee Martial Arts Club show at Columbia University, Alfred Lerner Hall, 115 Street & Broadway, Roone Arledge Auditorium this Saturday, Sept 23rd at 3pm. There is a $5.00 entrance fee. If you are going please let me know by Wednesday so that we can let SiBak Henry know as we are also trying to plan on having dinner with him and his students after the event. Please plan for approximately $20 for dinner. We will be leaving Sifu's house at noon on Saturday. Hope to see you Saturday. |

| 8/5/2006 | Pay respects to Sigung!
Sifu will be taking a trip up to New York to visit Sigung Moy Yat's grave
in Valhalla. Let's join him and pay our respects to Sigung! We will meet at Sifu's house in Blackwood N.J. on Saturday, August 5th by 10 am. From there we will carpool to Brooklyn and meet Sitai Helen Moy at the Thai Lake restaurant Then we will visit the gravesite, and afterwards return to N.Y. for dinner. |
